DOMESTIC DELIVERY

Upon order confirmation, please allow 1 - 2 working days for us to process and pack your parcel. An order email with tracking information will be sent when your order has been shipped.

DELIVERY METHOD :     

Local Courier - $4.50 (2- 4 working days)

Free for all orders above $70

*For all orders with customisation and bags with pom poms tassels, they will only be shipped out in 3-5 working days as they are all handmade.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

We ship worldwide except to PO boxes and APO/FPO addresses. 

• South East Asia: $15 flat fee
• Rest Of The World: $30 flat fee

Overseas Registered Article (Airmail) will be used for international orders. Delivery status can be track via here

All international orders will take about 7-20 working days to be delivered, depending on each individual shipping destination and are subjected to customs delays.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOM FEES AND TAXES

All taxes, customs and import duties and fees are the responsibility of the customer, and must be paid by you in order for your parcel to clear customs.

As customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country, The Happy Beach has no control over these charges, and we are unable to advise you on the additional charges. 

INCOMPLETE / INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS

Please always double check your shipping address before submitting your order to ensure it is correct. If a package is shipped to an incorrect address and the package is returned/rejected, any costs associated with the rejected package (including replacement costs, additional shipping costs) shall be borne by the buyer.
