All goods sold are not exchangeable or refundable. All sale items are final.

In the case where a wrong order is received or if an item received is defective, you may return new, unused items within 7 days of delivery for an exchange or full refund, only if your item is no longer is stock. Postage cost for return will be reimbursed to you. However, we will not be responsible for any lost packages if you opt for normal postage.

For any returns or exchanges, please drop us an email at with your order information, refund or exchange information and pictures clearly showing the defect or pictures of wrong product received, whichever deems appropriate. We will get back to you within 48 hours.

Exchanges will only be done for items in its original condition - unwashed, unworn and unaltered with the labels and for swimwear the hygiene stickers must be still intact.
